Almond Butter & Jelly Tofu Smoothie

What's the secret to packing a smoothie with extra protein & creaminess? Tofu! This Almond Butter & Jelly Tofu Smoothie is amazingly flavorful & a healthy way to start the day!

Makes: 2 smoothies Prep Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

– Silken Tofu – Almond Milk – Almond Butter – Ice

– Silken Tofu – Frozen Raspberries – Almond Milk

Tofu is a blank canvas for smoothies. It has a lot of protein & vitamins & nutrients, as well as a creamy consistency.

Why Add Tofu to Smoothies

Use silken tofu in smoothies. You don't have to press/drain it & it's soft and creamy.

What Kind of Tofu to Use

Put tofu, almond milk, almond butter, & ice in blender & blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.

Make 1st Layer

Rinse blender. Put tofu, frozen raspberries, & almond milk in blender & blend until smooth. – 

Make 2nd Layer

Pour mixture into glasses & using knife or spoon, gently stir to swirl the layers. 

Swirl Together
