Apple Cider  Caramel Cookies

Apple Cider Cookies are soft, muffin-like cookies stuffed with a little caramel surprise. The fall cookies are best served with a glass of cold apple cider!

Makes:  14 cookies Prep Time: 15 mins Bake Time: 10 Mins


– All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Salt – Cinnamon – Butter – Brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Egg – Apple cider – Wrapped caramels

Preheat oven to 350 degrees & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prep Recipe

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon.

Make Cookie Dough

Cream together butter  & both sugars. Add egg & mix. Add 1/2 the cider & 1/2 the flour mixture &d mix until just combined. Repeat with the second 1/2 of each.

Make Cookie Dough

Take about 1 Tbsp of batter and form a ball with it (batter will be a bit sticky). Place a caramel inside.

Form Cookies

Roll the dough around the caramel. Place cookies on baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins, until just turning golden around edges. Let cool in pan for a few mins before removing to rack to cool completely.
