Bacon Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Easy and Flavorful!

This brussels sprouts recipe makes for the perfect Thanksgiving side dish, but it can be enjoyed as a tasty side to so many entrees all fall and winter long!

Ingredients

– Brussels sprouts – Olive oil – Garlic – Pepper – Dried thyme – Red hot pepper flakes – Parmesan cheese – Bacon

Cook bacon until nice and crispy. I like to add black pepper to my bacon while it's cooking.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees & line baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, pepper, thyme, red pepper flakes, & parmesan. Toss to coat brussels sprouts.

Step 3

Pour brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.

Step 4

Bake for 25-30 mins, until sprouts are golden brown & crispy.

Step 5

Remove from oven & toss with crumbled bacon.

Step 6
