Banana Crepes with Nutella
– Flour – Granulated sugar – Salt – Whole milk – Mashed banana – Eggs – Melted butter – Vanilla extract
Put flour, sugar, salt, milk, banana, eggs, butter, & vanilla in blender.
Process until smooth. Let rest for at least30 mins. if possible.
Place 7- or 8" nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat with butter. Pour ¼ cup batter in pan & gently tilt & swirl pan until batter evenly coats bottom.
Let cook for 1-1 ½ mins until crepe is turning golden on bottom & edges are pulling away from pan. Flip. Cook for another min before removing crepe from pan to a plate. Repeat.
Spread Nutella on one side of crepe & top with sliced bananas. Fold crepes over.
Sprinkle on confectioner's sugar & top with more sliced bananas and Nutella drizzle, if desired.
