Candy Corn Ice Cream

Candy corn season doesn't last very long, so you should take full advantage of it with this deliciously creamy Candy Corn Ice Cream! It's the perfect Halloween treat.

Makes: 1 1/2 quarts Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins


1) Heavy Cream 2) Whole Milk 3) Candy Corn

Add 1 1/2 cups heavy cream & 1 1/2 cups candy corn to a saucepan over medium heat. 

Make Base

Let mixture heat (without boiling) & stir until candy corn is dissolved.

Move to a bowl & let cool to room temp. Stir in remaining cream & milk. Cover bowl & chill for at least 6 hours.

Pour mixture into ice cream machine & process according to manufacturer's instructions.

Process Ice Cream

Once ice cream is almost done processing, add in chopped candy corn.

Process Ice Cream

 Place ice cream in airtight container & place in freezer for at least 6 hours, but ideally overnight.

Chill Ice Cream

Serve ice cream in bowls with remaining 1/2 cup candy corn sprinkled over the top.
