Candy Corn Toffee

If you're a lover of Halloween's most popular (and hotly contested) candy, you need to make the ultimate candy corn treat... Halloween Toffee! It's so fun for spooky parties or a movie night at home!

Makes:  8 servings Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Cool Time: 3 hours


– Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Vanilla extract – Salt – Semisweet chocolate chips – White chocolate chips – Candy corn – Halloween sprinkles

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Prep Recipe

Add butter, sugar, & salt to a medium saucepan set over medium-low heat.

Make Toffee

Cook while stirring until butter is melted, sugar is dissolved, & mixture is a brown peanut butter-like color, 10-15 mins or 290 degrees. Remove from heat & add vanilla.

Pour mixture over baking sheet, spreading into a rectangle. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

Let sit for 2 mins before using offset spatula to spread into an even layer. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.

Drizzle melted white chocolate over the toffee & use a knife to swirl it around.
