– 1 block (6 oz.) Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Avocado Feta Mousse:
– Avocados
– Feta cheese
– Lime juice
– Milk
– Black pepper
Baked Kale:
– Kale
– Olive oil
– Red pepper flakes
– Salt

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees & spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.
