– Vanilla sweet cream (recipe provided)
– Vanilla ice cream
– Strawberry puree (recipe provided)
– Ice
– Whipped cream, for topping

Strawberry Puree Ingredients:
– Strawberries (if you can't get fresh strawberries, you can use frozen)
– Granulated sugar
– Water

Mocha Syrup + Vanilla Sweet Cream Ingredients:
Mocha Syrup:
– Granulated sugar
– Cocoa powder
– Strongly brewed coffee
– Salt
Sweet Cream:
– 2% milk
– Heavy cream
– Vanilla simple syrup

Put all ingredients in a mason jar or other airtight container & shake well to combine.
Make Sweet Cream

Put all ingredients in a saucepan & whisk together.

Bring mixture to a boil & then lower heat to a simmer. Let simmer for 15 minutes to thicken.

Pour syrup into a heat-proof bowl or jar & place in fridge to cool completely. It should continue to thicken as it cools.
