Cinnamon  Blackberry  Breakfast  Quinoa

Quinoa for breakfast? It's not as weird as you think! This Cinnamon and Blackberry Breakfast Quinoa will keep you full and satisfied all morning long. Not to mention, it's a delicious way to start your day!

Makes: 4 servings Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins


– Dry quinoa – Low-fat milk (or dairy or dairy substitute of your choice) – Water – Blackberries – Ground cinnamon – Pecans – Agave or honey

Put quinoa in a saucepan with milk & water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low & cover saucepan. Let it sit for 15 mins. until liquid is absorbed.

Make Quinoa

Remove quinoa from heat & let sit for another 5 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork.

Make Quinoa

Add blackberries or berries of choice & cinnamon. Mix together.

Add Berries

Serve in bowls & sprinkle toasted pecans & drizzle honey or agave on top.
