Eggnog Granola

Eggnog Granola is the perfect way to sneak the seasonal drink in at breakfast time! Don't worry; it's packed with heart-healthy grains and nuts and has a light sweet eggnog flavor.

Makes: 6 1/2 cups granola Prep Time: 10 mins Chill Time: 1 hour


– Old-fashioned oats – Wheat germ  – Pecans – Nutmeg – Cinnamon – Ground cloves – Salt – Eggnog

– Maple syrup – Vanilla extract – Egg white – Dried cranberries – Sprinkles (optional... but fun!)

Preheat oven to 275 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prep Recipe

In large bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, pecans, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves, & salt.

Make Mixture

In a separate bowl, stir together eggnog, maple syrup, & vanilla.

Make Mixture

Whisk egg white in small bowl for 30 seconds, until frothy. Stir into eggnog mix & pour into oats. Stir to coat oats completely.

Make Mixture

Evenly spread mixture on baking sheet. Bake for 60 mins, rotating pan halfway through cooking, until granola is golden & crispy.

Bake Granola

Remove from oven & let rest until cooled (don't stir!). Break up big clumps & stir in cranberries. Stir in sprinkles if desired.

Cool & Break Up
