Have you tried the new Starbucks Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai Latte? With this easy copycat recipe, you can make the special holiday 2023 drink in your home!

What's in a Gingerbread Chai Latte?

This drink consists of chai tea concentrate, oat milk, gingerbread syrup (either homemade with my recipe or store-bought), and pumpkin pie spice. Once you have all the ingredients, the drink is SO fast to make!

Drink Ingredients:

– Ice – Chai tea concentrate – Gingerbread syrup (homemade or store-bought) – Oat milk – Pumpkin pie spice

Gingerbread Syrup Ingredients:

– Water – Granulated sugar – Molasses – Ground ginger – Ground cinnamon – Ground allspice – Ground nutmeg

Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan & bring mixture to a boil.

Make Syrup

Lower heat and let simmer for 10 mins, until sugar is dissolved & mixture has thickened a bit.

Make Syrup

Pour syrup into mason jar or bowl & place in fridge to cool completely before using. Syrup will continue to thicken.

Cool Syrup

Add chai concentrate to an ice-filled glass.

Make Drink

Pour 3 oz. oat milk over the concentrate.

Froth remaining oat milk & gingerbready syrup in electric frother, with a hand frother, or in a blender or jar.

Pour oat milk froth over drink & top with pumpkin pie spice.

If you don't want the froth (oat milk doesn't froth super well), you can mix syrup with chai concentrate in glass & pour all 6 oz. of oat milk over it.
