What's in a Pumpkin Chai Latte?

This drink consists of chai tea concentrate, 2% milk, and pumpkin cold foam (made with pumpkin spice sauce). You can make everything from scratch or purchase some ingredients. The elements can be made ahead of time, so you can whip up a drink quickly!

Drink Ingredients:

– Ice – Chai tea concentrate – 2% milk – Pumpkin cream cold foam – Pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Ingredients:

– 2% Milk – Heavy cream – Pumpkin spice sauce (recipe included) – Vanilla syrup (store-bought or homemade)

Pumpkin Spice Sauce Ingredients:

– Fat-free sweetened condensed milk – Pumpkin puree – Pumpkin pie spice – Salt – Vanilla extract

Put condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, & salt.

Stir together & heat for about 5 minutes, until it's just starting to bubble. Remove from heat & stir in vanilla.

Pour pumpkin spice sauce into a heat-proof jar or bowl & place in the fridge to cool.

Mix milk, cream, vanilla syrup, & pumpkin spice sauce in a mason jar & shake to combine.

Turn mixture into cold foam right before using. Use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender until frothy.
