Lavender Lemonade Mojitos
Made with a lavender simple syrup & homemade lemonade muddled with mint and rum, Lavender Lemonade Mojitos make for the perfect summer cocktail.

– 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4-7 lemons – 1 small bunch mint – 2 cups water – 1 cup light rum – ¾ cup lavender simple syrup (next slide)
Simple Syrup Ingredients:
– 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 cup water – ¼ cup dried lavender
Put sugar, water, & dried lavender in a medium saucepan, stir, & bring to a boil.
Once mixture is boiling, lower to simmer for about 10 mins, until it thickens. Turn off heat, cover saucepan, & let steep for 1 hour.
Push syrup through mesh sieve to strain out lavender buds & into an airtight container. Place in fridge to cool.
Squeeze 4-7 lemons until you get about a cup of lemon juice.
In a pitcher, muddle mint leaves with lemon juice. Add water, rum, & ¾ cup chilled lavender simple syrup. Stir.
Pour drink into ice-filled glasses and enjoy!
