Lucky Charms Granola Bars

Made with Lucky Charms cereal, quick cooking oats, & white chocolate chips,  no-bake Lucky Charms Granola Bars are a fun treat for your loved ones at St. Patrick's Day and year round!

Makes: 10 bars Prep Time: 15 mins. Chill Time: 60 mins.

– 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal – 2 cups quick cooking oats – ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional) – ¼ cup sprinkles (optional) – 5 Tbsp unsalted butter – ⅓ cup, plus 1 Tbsp light brown sugar – ¼ cup honey – 2 tsp vanilla – ¼ tsp salt

Line an 8x8 baking pan with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Line Pan

In a large bowl, mix together Lucky Charms, oats, white chocolate chips (if using), & sprinkles (if using).

Mix Dry Ingredients

In small saucepan over medium-high heat, stir butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, & salt. Let come to a boil, then lower heat & let simmer 2 mins.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients & toss well to coat.


Pour mixture into the prepared pan & using fingers, press down into an even layer.

Press in Pan

Place pan in fridge for at least 1 hour to allow bars to cool and harden. Once chilled, remove from pan, place on cutting board, and cut into 10 bars.


You can enjoy these Lucky Charms Granola Bars with your afternoon coffee or as a breakfast bar or you can tuck one in your kids' lunchbox!
