These Mini Chocolate Donuts are the perfect baked celebration donuts! They're baked & full of chocolatey flavor & they can be decorated for any occasion with the simple addition of sprinkles.

Ingredients:
– All-purpose flour
– Granulated sugar
– Baking powder
– Cocoa powder
– Salt
– Large egg, lightly beaten
– Whole milk
– Melted butter
– Vanilla extract
– Chocolate Icing (recipe included)
– Sprinkles

Chocolate Icing Ingredients:
– Confectioners' sugar
– Cocoa powder
– Whole milk
– Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 400 degrees & lightly spray or brush mini doughnut pan with cooking oil.
Prep Recipe

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, & salt.
Make Batter

Add egg, milk, melted butter, & vanilla to flour & stir until just combined, taking care not to over-mix.

Fill each cavity in the mini doughnut pan about ¾ of the way with batter. I like to put batter in Ziplock bag with cut off corner.

Bake for 6-8 mins, until light & springy to the touch. Let cool in pan for a few mins & remove to cool on wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
Bake Donuts

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl & stir to combine. If icing is too thick, add additional milk a little at a time.

Dip cooled donuts upside down in icing. Top with sprinkles.
