Mini Donuts

These Mini Donuts are baked and can be decorated to suit any occasion with the festive sprinkles of your choice. They're easy to make and perfect for bringing to parties!

Makes:  2 dozen donuts Prep Time: 10 mins Bake Time: 7 mins


– All-purpose flour – Granulated sugar – Baking powder – Salt – Large egg, lightly beaten – Whole milk – Melted butter – Vanilla extract – Vanilla Icing (recipe included) – Sprinkles

Icing Ingredients:

– Confectioners' sugar – Whole milk – Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 400 degrees & lightly spray or brush mini doughnut pan with cooking oil.

Prep Recipe

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt.

Make Batter

Add egg, milk, melted butter, & vanilla to flour & stir until just combined, taking care not to over-mix.

Fill each cavity in the mini doughnut pan about ¾ of the way with batter. I like to put batter in Ziplock bag with cut off corner.

Fill Pan

Bake for 6-8 mins, until light & springy to the touch. Let cool in pan for a few mins & remove to cool on wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.

Bake Donuts

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl & stir to combine. If icing is too thick, add additional milk a little at a time.

Make Icing

Dip cooled donuts upside down in icing. Top with sprinkles.
