Mini Easter Pavlovas

 Mini Easter Pavlovas have a chocolate swirled pavlova base & are topped with coconut whipped cream, shredded coconut, and Cadbury Mini Eggs. 

They make for a fun  & delicious Easter dessert

Beat Egg Whites

Beat egg whites and salt on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes

Beat Egg Whites

Beat in sugar slowly, 1-2 Tbsp at a time & continue to beat until egg whites turn shiny & stiff, about 6-8 minutes.

Finish Beating

Beat in cornstarch, vanilla, and white wine vinegar.

Pipe Meringues

Put batter into pastry bag & pipe rounds roughly 3" onto baking sheets. Drizzle dark chocolate & gently swirl. Press spoon into each pavlova to make slight indent.


Bake at 240 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn oven off, open slightly, and keep pavlovas in oven for another 60 minutes.
