Why Make Overnight Oats?

Overnight oats are high in fiber and protein & help keep you full all morning. You can enjoy them so many different ways & with different flavors. They're also easy to make in advance for a quick breakfast!


1) Old-Fashioned Oats 2) Chia Seeds 3) Greek Yogurt 4) Chocolate Soy Milk (or dairy alternative) 5) Brewed Coffee 6) Chocolate Chips

Combine oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, coffee, & chocolate chips in a mason jar; cover; and shake to combine.

Prep Oats

Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

Refrigerate Oats

Before eating, top with remaining 1 tsp mini chocolate chips.
