Pumpkin  Energy Balls

Pumpkin Energy Balls are packed with heart-healthy ingredients like pumpkin, almond butter, pistachios, oats, flaxseed, & chia seeds for an extra energy boost.

Makes:  24 energy balls Prep Time: 10 mins


– Old-fashioned oats – Pumpkin puree – Almond butter – Pistachios – Ground flaxseed – Maple syrup (or honey) – Chia seeds

– Sprinkles, optional – Vanilla extract – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg – Ground ginger

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

Mix together until well combined.

Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls.
