Ingredients:
– All-purpose flour
– Granulated sugar
– Brown sugar
– Cinnamon
– Unsalted butter
– Old-fashioned oats
– Walnuts or pecans
– Light cream cheese
– Pumpkin puree
– Large eggs
– Vanilla extract
– Pumpkin pie spice
– Salt
– Butterscotch chips

Pre-heat oven to 350 & line a 9x13 baking pan with foil so it's overhanging on all sides.

Mix together flour, sugars & cinnamon. Using a pastry cutter, fork, or fingers, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Set aside 1 cup of mixture & place the rest in the prepared baking pan. Press mixture into an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 mins.
