Spicy Raspberry Whiskey Sour

This Spicy Raspberry Whiskey Sour is slightly sweet, slightly sour, & slightly spicy. It's the perfect Valentine's Day cocktail, but a delicious drink all year round!

Makes: 1 cocktail Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins


– Whiskey – Lime juice – Raspberry simple syrup – Jalapeño slices – Egg white

Syrup Ingredients:

– Granulated sugar – Water – Raspberries

Put sugar, water, & raspberries in a medium saucepan & bring to a boil.

Lower to a simmer & let simmer for about 10 minutes, until it thickens a bit.

Press through mesh sieve, pressing on raspberries to extract as much juice as possible. Cool completely.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whiskey, lime juice, raspberry syrup, jalapeño, & egg white.
