This Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte is an easy-to-make at-home version of Starbucks' fun new drink! The sugar cookie syrup is quick & simple simple & it pairs deliciously with espresso & almond milk.

Makes:  1 Grande Macchiato Prep Time: 10 mins

What is an Iced Latte?

Iced lattes are simply espresso & milk (or your dairy/non-dairy liquid of choice) mixed together over ice. Flavor can be added, usually through the addition of syrups.


1) Sugar Cookie Syrup (recipe provided) 2) Brewed blonde espresso or strong coffee, cooled 3) Almond milk

Syrup Ingredients:

1) Water 2) Granulated sugar 3) Vanilla extract 4)  Butter extract 5) Almond extract

Put water & sugar in a medium saucepan & bring mixture to a boil.

Make Syrup

Once boiling, lower heat & simmer for 10-15 mins, until sugar is dissolved & mixture has thickened.

Make Syrup

 Add vanilla, butter, & almond extracts & stir.

Make Syrup

Cool completely before using.

Cool Syrup

Pour sugar cookie syrup into a glass filled with ice.

Make Latte

Add espresso or coffee.

Make Latte

Fill remainder of glass with almond milk.

Make Latte

Feel free to adjust the amount of espresso and syrup you use for a stronger or sweeter drink!
