Starbucks Medicine Ball

Make it like Starbucks!

This Starbucks Medicine Ball AKA Honey Citrus Mint Tea is so easy to recreate at home with a few simple ingredients. It's soothing, sweet, & delicious, just like the one you get at Starbucks!

What is the Medicine Ball?

The Medicine Ball is a fun name for the Honey Citrus Mint Tea on the  Starbucks menu. It's made with citrus green tea, peach, tea, lemonade, & honey. People call it the "Medicine Ball" because they claim it can cure a cold. But this is, of course, not proven. It is delicious & soothing, but because of the lemonade & honey, it does have quite a bit of sugar in it!

Prep Time: 10 Min

Cook Time: 5 Min

Ingredients

-Water -Lemonade (I like Simply) -Mint Citrus Green Tea (if you can't find Teavana, I recommend TAZO Zen). -Peach Herbal Tea (if you can't find Teavana, I recommend Bigelow Perfect Peach) -Honey

Add water & lemonade to a small saucepan & bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step 1

Remove saucepan from heat & add both tea bags.

Step 2

Let steep for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove tea bags & discard. Stir in honey.

Step 4

Pour into a mug & garnish with fresh lemon if desired.

Step 5

This Starbucks Medicine Ball copycat may not cure your cold, but it will certainly bring you some comfort & happiness!
