Sweet Cream Cold Foam

Make it like Starbucks!

Do you want to top all your make-at-home coffee drinks with delicious sweet cream cold foam like Starbucks does? This copycat recipe makes it easy!

Cook Time: 15 Min (if making syrup)


-Milk -Heavy Cream -Vanilla Syrup: either store-bought or homemade with recipe provided

-Water -Granulated Sugar -Vanilla Bean

If making your own vanilla syrup, put water & sugar,in a saucepan & bring to a boil.

Step 1

Lower heat & let simmer for about 10 mins until sugar is dissolved & mixture has thickened a bit.

Step 2

Pour syrup into heat-proof container. Scrape some of the seeds from vanilla pod with a sharp knife & add with the vanilla bean into syrup. Store in fridge.

Step 3

Mix milk, cream, & vanilla syrup in a mason jar & shake to combine.

Step 4

Turn mixture into cold foam right before using. You can either use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender. 

Step 5

Just add the sweet cream & froth, mix, or blend until the mixture turns into a foam.

Step 6

Spoon sweet cream cold foam over the iced coffee of your choice!

Step 7

Just like Starbucks, you can make cold foam in different flavors. I love chocolate, cinnamon & pumpkin cold foam.
