Strawberry Souffle

These mini strawberry souffles have just 4 ingredients & can be ready in just 30 minutes. They're a light summer dessert recipe perfect for entertaining.

Place strawberries in blender & puree until smooth. Blend in sugar & vanilla extract.

Puree Strawberries

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat egg whites until medium peaks form.

Beat Egg Whites

Fold strawberry puree into the egg whites.

Fold in Puree

Divide mixture between 4 lightly greased 6 oz. ramekins &  place on a heat-proof tray.

Put in Ramekins

Bake for 15 mins at 350, until souffles are risen & turning golden on top. A toothpick stuck into the souffle should come out clean.

Bake Souffles

Serve souffles immediately as they'll begin to fall quickly. This light & delicate dessert will impress your dinner party guests!
