Sugar Cookie Syrup
This Sugar Cookie Syrup is an easy-to-make simple syrup that tastes just like homemade Christmas cookies. It can be used in coffee and cocktails and so much more all holiday season long!
Makes: 1 cup syrup Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins
1) Water 2) Granulated sugar 3) Vanilla extract 4) Butter extract 5) Almond extract
Put water & sugar in a medium saucepan & bring mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, lower heat & simmer for 10-15 mins, until sugar is dissolved & mixture has thickened a bit.
Add vanilla extract.
Add butter extract.
Add almond extract.
Pour syrup into mason jar or bowl cool before using.
Enjoy the syrup however you want, but it's especially delicious in a sugar cookie latte!
But it's also delicious in cocktails and on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, oatmeal, yogurt, and so much more!
