Sweet Cream Cold Foam makes iced coffee drinks so much better! This Starbucks copycat recipe for Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam is so easy to make!

What is Sweet Cream Cold Foam?

It's a frothed topping Starbucks adds to some of their drinks. They take sweet cream (the creamy liquid used in their sweet cream cold brews), froth it up, & top drinks with it.

Ingredients:

– Milk – Heavy cream – Vanilla syrup (homemade or store-bought)

Vanilla Syrup Ingredients:

– Water – Granulated sugar – Vanilla bean

Put water & sugar in a saucepan & bring to a boil. Lower heat & let simmer for about 10 mins until sugar is completely dissolved & mixture has thickened a bit.

Make Syrup

Place syrup in fridge & let steep for at least 6 hours. Syrup will thicken as it cools. If you want a more intense vanilla flavor, you can leave the bean in.

Mix milk, cream, & vanilla syrup in a mason jar & shake to combine. This is your Vanilla Sweet Cream. You can keep in fridge for later use if desired.

Turn mixture into cold foam right before using with  either use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender. Add sweet cream & froth, mix, or blend until mixture turns into a foam.

If you don't have a frothing device, you can simply shake mixture in a mason jar until it's frothy.

Simply add 2 ½ Tbsp chocolate malt powder before mixing sweet cream.

Add pumpkin spice syrup before mixing. You can make any flavor cold foam you want with flavored syrups!

Now pour a cup of coffee over lots of ice.  And spoon the vanilla sweet cream cold foam over it.
