Sweet Cream Pancakes

Easy & Delicious!

These Sweet Cream Pancakes are a little bit different than the traditional version. They're made with a Starbucks-inspired vanilla sweet cream & are topped with cold foam. They're so delicious & the perfect weekend brunch!

All-purpose flour Granulated sugar Baking powder Salt 2% milk Heavy cream Vanilla simple syrup: store-bought or homemade Large eggs Butter or cooking spray: for pan

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt.

Step 1

Add milk, cream, & vanilla syrup to a large jar & shake  to combine.

Step 2

In a small bowl, lightly whisk eggs & add with sweet cream mixture to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Step 3

Brush griddle over medium heat with butter or spray. Pour ⅓ cup of batter onto it. Cook for about 2 mins, until bubbles start to form.

Step 4

 Flip & cook for another minute, until golden brown.

Step 5

To make cold foam for topping, shake in jar ¾ cup 2% milk, ¼ cup heavy cream, & 2 Tbsp syrup. Use electric frother, hand mixer or blender to turn into foam.

Step 6

Serve pancakes with sweet cream foam or whipped cream and maple syrup.

Step 7
