The White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew may not be available at Starbucks for long, but with this easy copycat recipe, you can make your own version at home!

What's in a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew?

This drink consists of cold brew coffee, macadamia nut syrup, white chocolate macadamia cream cold foam & sugar cookie topping. You can make everything from scratch or purchase some ingredients. The elements can be made ahead of time, so you can whip up a drink quickly!

Drink Ingredients:

– Cold brew – Ice – Macadamia nut syrup (recipe provided) – White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Foam: (recipe provided) – Sugar Cookie Crumbles

Macadamia Nut Syrup Ingredients

– Granulated sugar – Water – Roughly chopped roasted & lightly salted macadamia nuts

White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Foam

– 2% milk – Heavy cream – Vanilla syrup (store-bought or homemade) -Macadamia nut syrup -White chocolate mocha sauce (store-bought or homemade)

-White Chocolate, roughly chopped -Fat-free sweetened condensed milk -2% milk

Put water, sugar, & chopped macadamia nuts (or extract) in medium saucepan & bring mixture to a boil.

Make Syrup

Lower heat & let simmer for 10 mins, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat & let rest for 30 mins to let  flavor steep.  Strain nuts out.

Keep mixture in bowl or transfer to a mason jar & place in fridge to cool completely.

Put roughly chopped white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.

Make Mocha Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine milks over medium-low heat until just coming to a simmer.

Pour milk over white chocolate and let sit for a minute. Stir until chocolate is melted & smooth.

Pour sauce into a heat-proof jar or bowl & let cool. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

Mix milk, cream, vanilla syrup, macadamia syrup, & mocha sauce in a bowl or jar until well combined. 

Make Cold Foam

To turn into foam, you can either use an electric frother, hand mixer, or blender. Or shake the mixture in the jar.

Pour cold brew into an ice-filled glass. Stir in macadamia nut syrup.

Assemble Drink

Top drink with cold foam & sprinkle on sugar cookie crumbles.
