Zesty Baked Chicken Wings

These Zesty Baked Chicken Wings are easy to make and so delicious! They're perfect for Super Bowl game watching or for a family dinner.

Makes: 32 wings Prep Time: 20 mins Bake Time: 35 mins

Ingredients:

– Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Hot sauce  – Minced garlic – Salt & pepper – Lemon zest – Lemon juice – Chicken wings

– Whole wheat breadcrumbs – Freshly grated parmesan cheese – Chopped parsley

Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:

– Fat-free yogurt – Chopped parsley – Lemon zest – Lemon juice – Salt & pepper – Worcestershire sauce

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dijon, hot sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, & lemon zest & whisk until combined.

Make Marinade

Put the wings in a large Ziplock bag & pour the marinade over. Let marinate in fridge for at least 30 mins & up to 4 hours.

Marinate Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees & lightly spray a baking pan with cooking oil.

Prep Oven

In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, & parsley.

Make Coating

Toss wings in the bowl with breadcrumb mixture to coat well & place on prepared pan.

Coat Wings

In a medium bowl, mix all of ingredients together until well combined. Keep  in fridge until serving.

Make Sauce

Bake for 30-35 mins, rotating pan halfway through, until wings are golden & juices run clear.

Bake Wings

Serve wings as a football watching appetizer or main entree with yogurt sauce!
