frozen pineapple pieces

frozen banana,
sliced, plus more banana slices for topping

Tbsp
grated ginger

cup
coconut milk
(the kind in the carton)
Sliced kiwi,
for topping
Candied ginger,
for topping
Coconut flakes,
for topping
Instructions
In a blender, pulse together pineapple, banana and ginger with coconut milk, until smooth. Mixture should be thick.
Pour into two bowls and top with sliced banana and kiwi, candied ginger, and coconut flakes.
