Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced, plus more banana slices for topping
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup coconut milk (the kind in the carton)
  • Sliced kiwi, for topping
  • Candied ginger, for topping
  • Coconut flakes, for topping

Instructions

  • In a blender, pulse together pineapple, banana and ginger with coconut milk, until smooth. Mixture should be thick.
  • Pour into two bowls and top with sliced banana and kiwi, candied ginger, and coconut flakes.
