Ingredients

  • 1 oz. blood orange juice
  • ½ oz meyer lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz. gin
  • ¼ oz. maple syrup
  • 1 egg white, room temperature

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  • Add 5-6 ice cubes to shaker and shake vigorously for another 20 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
