In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter, lightly beaten eggs, and IZZE Sparkling Water to dry ingredients and stir until just combined, making sure no lumps remain.
Heat waffle iron and lightly brush with butter. Pour batter into iron, close, and bake until waffles are golden brown. Place waffles on plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
To serve, stack waffles on plates and pour glaze over. Sprinkle Pop Rocks on top.
