Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, eggnog, almond milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mason jar; cover; and shake to combine. If your jar isn't big enough, mix together in a bowl before putting in mason jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

  3. Before eating, top with crushed pecans and peppermint candy, if you desire.
