Eggnog season is short lived, so you better fit it in while you can! These Eggnog Overnight Oats give you the perfect excuse to indulge in eggnog for breakfast.
Combine old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, eggnog, almond milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mason jar; cover; and shake to combine. If your jar isn't big enough, mix together in a bowl before putting in mason jar.
Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Before eating, top with crushed pecans and peppermint candy, if you desire.
