Banana Split Vodka Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Banana Greek Yogurt (if you can't find banana, plain is fine)
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 4 oz. vanilla vodka
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff (homemade or store-bought)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • cup crushed peanuts
  • cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Put frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, and strawberry ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add vodka and marshmallow fluff and blend until well-combined.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour milkshake into two glasses and stir in a little bit of chocolate syrup into each. Top each milkshake with whipped cream, crushed peanuts, and some sprinkles.
