Matcha Milkshake

With only three ingredients, you could be enjoying a Matcha Milkshake, packed with antioxidants and creamy sweetness, in just minutes. Add whipped cream, sprinkles, and mini donuts for some extra fun!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk (or milk or dairy alternative of your choice)
  • 3 tsp matcha powder
  • Sprinkles, optional (you'll want frosting or simple syrup if using sprinkles to rim glasses)
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Mini Donuts, optional

Instructions

  • Combine ice cream, milk, and matcha powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If you want to rim your glasses with sprinkles, brush glasses with frosting or simple syrup and roll in sprinkles. 
  • Divide milkshake between glasses and top with whipped cream, mini donuts, and more sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

  • If you want to make the mini donuts pictured with the matcha milkshake, use this recipe, omitting the espresso powder.
