Ingredients

small beets
peeled and cooked (I use Love Beets, which are already peeled and cooked)
1
cup
vanilla soy milk
(you can also use plain soy milk or any dairy or non-dairy alternative of your choice)
¾
cup
frozen berries
½
avocado
peeled and pitted
1
cup
baby spinach
1
Tbsp
chia seeds
Instructions
Place beets, soy milk, frozen berries, avocado, and spinach in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds to blender and pulse a couple times until combined.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Beet smoothie serves 1 as a meal or 2 as a snack or side.
