4slicesMcKenzie American Angus Roast Beef,cut into thirds
4slicesMcKenzie Maple Honey Turkey,cut into thirds
3cupsarugula
¼cupcrumbled goat cheese
¼cupcrushed pistachios
Honey Lime Dressing(recipe below)
Black pepper

3Tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice
2Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1Tbsp honey
⅛tspsalt
⅛tspblack pepper
Instructions
Wrap each peach wedge in a piece of deli meat.
Place arugula in a large bowl and toss with goat cheese, pistachios, and half the honey lime dressing.
Divide salad into two bowls and top each with wrapped peaches and additional black pepper. Drizzle more salad dressing and additional honey over the top, if desired.
