arugula

fresh blackberries

crumbled feta cheese

fresh lemon zest,
plus more for topping salad

fresh lemon juice
(from about 2 lemons)

extra virgin olive oil

honey

Instructions
Toss arugula, blackberries, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and toss. Serve on individual plates or bowls and top with lemon zest and more dressing if desired.
