hardboiled eggs

crumbled feta cheese

grated parmesan cheese

Greek yogurt

frozen spinach,
thawed and drained

salt

pepper

red pepper flakes
(optional)
Instructions
Roughly chop the hard boiled eggs and place them in a large bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix everything together.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your preferences. Serve as is or on a slice of toasted bread.
