Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and place a piece of parchment paper on a small rimmed baking sheet (I recommend 10x7").
Spread pita chips in an even layer on baking sheet.
Sprinkle both cheeses over the top and evenly distribute chopped clams and diced jalapeño.
Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle crispy bacon and diced tomatoes over the top.
