Candy Corn Cocktail

Looking for the ultimate Halloween cocktail? This Candy Corn Cocktail is incredibly simple, but so perfect for spooky season! It's made by mixing homemade candy corn syrup into a standard vodka soda... And it tastes JUST like the popular (or perhaps most controversial) Halloween candy! It's also easy to use the simple syrup to make a candy corn soda mocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz vodka
1 ½ oz candy corn simple syrup
4 oz soda water
Candy corn, for garnish
Sprinkles, optional for glass rims

Instructions

If you want to rim the glass in sprinkles, lightly brush a little simple syrup around the rim of your glass. Place sprinkles on a small plate, hold glass upside-down, and roll rim of glass in sprinkles to coat.
Pour vodka and simple syrup into an ice-filled shaker and shake well.*
Pour into ice-filled glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with candy corn (I used mini marshmallows, too)

Notes

*If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can simply pour vodka and simple syrup into ice-filled glass and stir together. Then add soda water.
