  • 2 oz espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 oz white chocolate mocha sauce (recipe below or store-bought)
  • 6 oz 2% milk (or dairy/nondairy alternative of you choice)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream, for topping

White Chocolate Mocha Sauce

  • 4 oz white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup 2% milk (or dairy/nondairy alternative of your choice)

  • Add espresso, white chocolate mocha sauce, and milk to a large shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine.
  • Pour drink into an-ice filled cup.
  • Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

White Chocolate Mocha Sauce

  • Put roughly chopped white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk over medium-low heat until it's just coming to a simmer.
  • Pour milk mixture over white chocolate and let sit for a minute. Then, stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour sauce into a heat-proof jar or bowl and let cool. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.

  • White chocolate mocha sauce recipe makes enough for 4 grande drinks.
  • If you can't find fat free sweetened condensed milk, you can use full-fat and skim milk instead of 2%. Or feel free to use the dairy combination of your choice for the sauce.
  • Feel free to use more espresso and less milk and/or sauce for a less sweet drink. See post body for more modification ideas.
