Ingredients

  • 2 BUBBA burgers
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 4 waffles (or bread or carbohydrate of your choice)
  • 2-4 fried eggs
  • ½ avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • Spicy mayo, optional (recipe below)
  • Maple syrup, optional

Spicy Mayo

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place frozen BUBBA burgers on the grill or in a skillet or grill pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until you start to see juices rise to the top of the burger. Flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes, until the internal temperature is about 160 degrees.
  • When burgers are almost done cooking, top them with cheese, so it can melt a little bit.
  • Lightly toast waffles, buns, or bread of your choice.
  • If using, spread spicy mayo on waffles.
  • Top waffles with the cooked BUBBA burgers, egg (either one or two), avocado, bacon, and another waffle.
  • Enjoy!!

Spicy Mayo

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, paprika, and garlic powder. Keep in fridge until ready to enjoy.
