Place frozen BUBBA burgers on the grill or in a skillet or grill pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until you start to see juices rise to the top of the burger. Flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes, until the internal temperature is about 160 degrees.
When burgers are almost done cooking, top them with cheese, so it can melt a little bit.
Lightly toast waffles, buns, or bread of your choice.
If using, spread spicy mayo on waffles.
Top waffles with the cooked BUBBA burgers, egg (either one or two), avocado, bacon, and another waffle.
