Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add 1 Tbsp oil (or butter) to a large skillet over medium-low heat and pour egg mixture in. Let eggs sit for a couple minutes until they start to set and firm up at edges. Using a spatula, begin to pull the eggs in from the edges to the middle of the pan. Continue this motion until eggs are cooked completely.
Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon.
Place naan rounds on prepared baking sheet and lightly brush with remaining 1 tsp oil.
Divide egg mixture between two naan rounds and top with cheese.
Place in oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired.
