Cadbury Mini Egg Donuts

Cadbury Mini Egg Donuts are baked chocolate donuts topped with vanilla glaze with Cadbury Mini Eggs baked in and on top. 

Makes: 15 donuts Prep Time: 15 mins. Bake Time: 10 mins.

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, & brown  sugar.

In a separate small bowl, whisk eggs with milk, vanilla, & melted butter.

Gently stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Add crushed mini eggs.

And gently fold them into the batter, taking care not to over-mix.

Fill each cavity of  lightly oiled donut pan almost all the way with batter.

Bake Donuts

Bake for 9-11 mins, until doughnuts are light & springy to the touch. Let cool completely.

Whisk together confectioners' sugar, salt, softened butter, milk, & vanilla until smooth.

Make Glaze

Dunk donuts into icing & top with crushed Mini Eggs. Let donuts rest for  30 mins.
