Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan.
Add tea bags to water and let steep for about 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags and stir in steel cut oats. Lower heat to a simmer and let cook for about 20 minutes, until water is absorbed and oats are tender.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Divide oats between bowls, drizzle honey over the top, and top with fruit.
