Beet Avocado Smoothie
Have you ever had a beet smoothie? Don't be scared! This Beet Avocado Smoothie is packed with sweet flavor from beets, avocado, berries, and spinach and is a healthy addition to your diet!

small beets, peeled and cooked
(I used Love Beets, which are already peeled and cooked)
vanilla soy milk
(can also use plain soy milk or any dairy or dairy alternative of your choice)
peeled and pitted
Place beets, soy milk, frozen berries, avocado, and spinach in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds to blender and pulse a couple times until combined.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Beet smoothie serves 1 as a meal or 2 as a snack or side.
