– Pizza dough (recipe included or store-bought)– Olive oil– Shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese)– Pizza sauce– Pepperoni– Dried basil– Red pepper flakes
Not only is this pizza so easy to make, but it's also so delicious! I much prefer thin crust pizza over anything else, but when made in a cast iron skillet, the pizza results in the most chewy and tasty crust.
About 20 mins before baking, put dough in skillet & flip to coat in olive oil. Press dough to the edges of skillet. Let rest for 10 mins & press to edges again. Let rest for 5 mins & repeat if dough shrinks again.
