Not only is this pizza so easy to make, but it's also so delicious! I much prefer thin crust pizza over anything else, but when made in a cast iron skillet, the pizza results in the most chewy and tasty crust.
About 20 mins before baking, put dough in skillet & flip to coat in olive oil. Press dough to the edges of skillet. Let rest for 10 mins & press to edges again. Let rest for 5 mins & repeat if dough shrinks again.
