Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour(see note about heat-treating)
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
½cuppacked light brown sugar
⅓-1/2cupgranulated sugar(depending on how sweet you want it)
2teaspoonespresso powder(optional)
½teaspoonsalt
½cup (1 stick)unsalted butter,melted
2teaspoonvanilla extract
4-6tablespoonmilk,divided
⅓cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, espresso powder, and salt.
Pour melted butter into mixture and add vanilla and 4 tablespoon milk. Stir until well combined and brownie-like dough is formed. Add an additional 1-2 tablespoon milk if you want your batter to be thinner.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
Notes
To avoid foodborne illness from eating raw flour, you can heat-treat it. Just spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes. Cool before using.
